Product Introduction
This kit is specially designed for the isolation of high-purity single nuclei from FFPE samples of human, mouse and other animal sources. Intact nuclei are released through a series of procedures including dewaxing, hydration and cell membrane lysis, while maintaining stable nuclear envelope structure. The subsequent filtration and washing steps further remove cellular debris and impurities, enabling the isolated nuclei to meet the high-quality requirements for cutting-edge research in single-cell omics and epigenetics. This product is applicable to a wide range of tissue types with a simple and streamlined workflow, providing a standardized solution for the processing of complex FFPE samples.
The prepared nuclear suspension is suitable for multiple research applications, including nuclear transcriptomics (snRNA-seq, bulk RNA-seq) and epigenetics studies (scATAC-seq, bulk ATAC-seq, CUT&Tag).
